Quality Improvement Plan

This year’s Quality Improvement (QI) plan marks continued growth and development for our organization on our QI journey. While the organization and staff have always been committed to providing high quality services to our clients we are still growing in our ability to accurately document formal QI initiatives and processes. This QI plan is aligned with our existing organizational aims and operational plan, which emphasize increasing access to services for marginalized and vulnerable populations, and especially for people with mental health and substance use challenges, while remaining accessible to our broader community. It aligns with our ENDS statements that focus on:

  • The promotion of healthy lives
  • Improving community health (with an emphasis on priority populations)
  • Advocacy for healthy public policy
  • Adapting to change responsibly (demonstrating accountability and efficiency with leadership in an integrated health system)
