The aim of the Seniors Wellness Drop-In is to promote healthy aging through activities and education for low inicome and marginalized seniors of Parkdale.  Seniors have the opportunity to socialize, engage, and increase their social networks.

The Senior’s Wellness Drop-In takes place every Tuesday at Parkdale CHC from 1:00PM until 3:00PM.

Once per month, the drop-in features a Wellness Clinic, which aims to promote healthy aging by delivering  health information such as medication safety, blood pressure taking, health advice, and referrals to seniors. During this Clinic, a nurse takes blood pressure readings and provides health information to participants. Guest speakers are also invited to present on health matters relevant to seniors. The Wellness Clinic usually takes place on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 1:30-2:30PM.
