Parkdale CHC is hiring for the part-time position of Seniors Volunteer Project Coordinator. For more information, please visit our Employment section.

Parkdale CHC is looking for volunteers to assist with the following programs:

• Parkdale Parents’ Primary Prevention Project (5Ps)
• Seniors
• Newcomers
• Parkdale Community Crisis Response Network (PCCRN)
• LGBTQ Programming

We are currently looking for volunteers during the daytime from Monday to Friday and the occasional evening or Saturday.

The 5PS program is accepting volunteers immediately for program assistance on Mondays and Wednesdays and food inventory support on Tuesdays. If you would like to volunteer with the 5Ps program, please contact Stacia or Yohamma via telephone at 416.537.8222.

For all other programs, please contact Susan Clancy, Director of Population Health and Community Engagement, via email after September 4th.

Applications for student placements for the upcoming academic year are currently open. We are accepting applications for Fall 2012/Winter 2013 until Monday Auguest 20th. For more information, please click here.

Please note the following programming changes:

The Living Well Lunch Club will be cancelled for the month of July. This program will resume in August.

The LGBTQ Support Group will be cancelled for the month of July. This program will resume on Friday August 3rd.

The Gentle Exercise Class will be cancelled on Friday July 27th. A makeup class will be held on Wednesday July 25th at 10:30AM.
