Notice of Implementation of New Phone System

RE: IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW PHONE SYSTEM NOTICE

As part of our ongoing integration work the Parkdale site phone system will be upgraded to be fully aligned with all the sites. The new system is expected to be completed and become live on Monday, October 16, 2017.

We hope for a smooth transition and that medical secretaries, receptionists and the rest of the staff are well oriented to the new system by Oct 16th.  We will do our best to promply assist you when you call.  We also ask for your patience and understanding, during this transitional period, as we can expect some small technical issues that may need to get sorted out.   Callers may experience longer wait times, calls may be lost or cut off. Thus, we would like to sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause if it happens. If for some reason you’re unable to reach us by phone and you need to reach the Centre urgently,  please send us an email in our general email address @ info@pchc.on.ca.
