Parkdale Parents’ Primary Prevention Project (5P’s) is a community collaborative project of Parkdale Community Health Centre and Toronto Public Health. It is funded by Public Health Agency of Canada’s Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) and Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP). Additional resource support is provided by The Daily Bread Food Bank, Working Women Community Centre, St. Christopher House, Polycultural Immigrant & Community Services, Show Kids You Care Foundation, Queen Victoria Partners for Early Learning and the Parkdale-High Park Ontario Early Years Centre.
