Historically, PCHC has been active on various community-based networks and coalitions related to the social determinants of health. We also have historically engaged in partnerships to deliver and support programs and initiatives within the Parkdale community.
It is time for us now to develop more strategic partnerships in advancing our advocacy commitment and to influence healthy public policy to improve the lives of our priority populations, including families and newcomers, LGBTQ, seniors, homeless, and those living with mental health and addictions.
We look forward to engaging in community based research with external stakeholders within the research and academic communities to further our knowledge exchange and improve our service to the community.
PCHC is committed to developing partnerships to increase the visibility of our mission and values, to leverage access and services for our marginalized communities, and to build the capacity of vulnerable groups in Parkdale.
