Street Health & Harm Reduction Programming



Our Street Health team consists of counsellors, outreach workers, nurses and doctors who are committed to providing care for the homeless, sex trade workers, and vulnerable individuals living with mental health challenges, substance use isses and precarious housing. 

Services include individual case management, crisis intervention, medical care and support with harm reduction.

We also receive feedback and input from a long standing Client Advisory Group which helps to guide the work of our Centre by keeping us focused on the key barriers that this population faces in accessing safe, affordabble housing, healthy and nutritious food, and quality health care that is responsive to their immediate needs.
