ID Clinic
The ID Clinic is a service offered at in partnership with Ministry of Health and Long Term Care and Street Health. This monthly clinic assists individuals who are applying for or replacing lost identification. The clinic program takes place the first Wednesday of the month from 10:00AM to 12:00PM.
Applications and assistance for the following ID will be provided:
- Social Insurance Number
- Birth Certificate
- Record of Landing
To begin the application process, please visit our Monthly ID Kiosk held on the third Wednesday of the month from 10:00AM - 12:00PM.
After an individual applies for ID during the monthly clinic, it may be picked up at first floor Reception area during the following times:
Mondays: 10:00AM - 12:00PM
Tuesdays: 2:00PM - 4:00PM
Fridays: 10:00AM - 12:00PM
Please allow three to six (3-6) weeks for delivery.
