Acupuncture Drop-In

The Acupuncture Drop-In program is currently on hiatus until further notice. Here are other options for free acudetox workshops in Toronto:

The Institute for Traditional Medicine offers a FREE Detox, Addictions, Trauma and Mental Health Clinic that is open to everyone. They offer a simplified "auricular" (ear-point) needling technique derived from acupuncture. It has helped many people overcome addictions of all forms and has helped to decrease anxiety and sleep disturbance. The ‘NADA’ protocol has been successfully used for drug addictions, alcoholism, smoking cessation, weight management, eating disorders, emotional challenges, mental health concerns, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, detoxification, and stress. There are no consultations, no need to tell us why you are there, and no need to discuss your personal history with anyone. ITM provides a safe, compassionate community environment facilitated by certified NADA Acupuncture Detox Specialists (ADS) & students in training. Group sessions are one hour in length.
