Asthma Education

The Primary Care Asthma Program offers education to individuals of any age with Asthma or COPD (Emphysema and Chronic Bronchitis). Individual or family counselling is available for clients of PCHC while group presentations are available for any community-based organization.

Educational topics include:

• Smoking cessation counselling
• Asthma symptoms and triggers, criteria for control, proper use of puffers
