Parkdale Community Health Centre offers Healthy Child Screenings for school-aged children aged 4-6. Children are screened for medical well-being by a multi-disciplinary health care team of nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, dental hygienist, optometrist, social workers, registered dieticians, health educators and audiologists.
You may register your child through Parkdale Public School and Queen Victoria Public School.
The next two healthy child screenings will take place at Parkdale Jr. & Sr. Public School on November 22nd, 2011 and at Queen Victoria Public School on December 9th, 2011.
